I had the honor of photographing Meredith and Clarks wedding back in August. Engagement sessions are included in my wedding package, but they had a short engagement and logistically it was going to be tough for them. Instead, they opted to have additional bride and groom portraits taken after the wedding. And it was SO worth it! We were able to freely choose our location, timing, and we were 100% stress free! Our only deadline was the setting sun. I had so much fun photographing these too again, and they are just stunning in these photos!
This day was extra special for me, because I know and love these people dearly! Meredith is my cousin, and we were lucky enough to grow up in the type of family that is very close, which means we grew up with our cousins as playmates and friends! We spent holidays and summers together, and Meredith and her sister Morgan even styled my hair on my wedding day. I am so honored that I got to be there to witness and document her wedding day firsthand.
Anyone who knows these two can attest to the fact that they are both servant hearted people whose main desire is to share the love of God, which they constantly do through their involvement in their community. Meredith and Clark met through their church, Crawford Avenue Baptist, which is where their ceremony was held. The reception followed at the Old Medical College with rustic details, many of which were hand painted by Meredith. The bride carried a gorgeous wildflower themed bouquet and her dress and veil were adorned with beautiful lace detailing. Enjoy a few highlights of Meredith and Clark's big day!
